Negotiating the transaction/communication

Q: How often should I expect to hear from you when my home is on the market?

A: Most likely, we will be talking daily via email. I pride myself on my communication with my clients and truly feel that it is my job to provide you with all feedback whether positive or negative so that we can make adjustments if need be, to get your home sold for as much as possible. You will get a weekly feedback report (via email) from me as well as feedback reports from Zillow and Luxury Portfolio. My clients are always free to contact me at any time if they have questions or concerns.


Q: Will you provide me with regular feedback and updates about potential buyers?

A: Absolutely.


Q: What aspects of the transaction will you personally handle and which will be delegated to others?

A: I handle everything personally. I do have an assistant; she helps me with computer input and if necessary, she can also show your home as she is licensed.

I am a great salesperson, and extremely organized and will be handling all important aspects of getting your home sold myself.
