Who is Maggie to me?
To me Maggie is a prime example of someone who is a good leader, great friend, and just a nice person in general. I met Maggie my freshman year but didn't really talk to her until my sophomore year. I was in creative writing and was put at a table with all seniors. For a sophomore it was a little scary at first. Then, I realized that they are just like the rest of us and I don't need to be scared of them. Maggie is someone who lifts people up and tries to put positives in their lives. She can be having the crappiest day but still find a way to make others smile. Maggie is the type of person who isn't afraid to speak her mind, she is confident fearless and just all around amazing. She's the type of person who if she sets her mind to do something she will do it, no matter how hard it is, no matter how many obstacles, she will achieve it simply because of the fact that she wants to do it. She is the type of person who makes me mad by saying “No one cares” whenever I say something but at the same time, it is funny to me because I fall for it every single time even though I know it's coming. I will be extremely sad when she graduates because she has given me someone to look to as a great leader and person. She is someone I strive to be like because she puts herself out there and doesn't care what other people think when she does so. To me it seems like if Maggie didn't put herself out there then she wouldn't be Maggie.
