The Affordable Care Act has the potential to reach roughly 7 million uninsured individuals in California who face financial strain or coverage limits related to health insurance.
That is an amazing total but there is a large group that will not be covered by the Affordable Care Act, undocumented immigrants.
The UCLA/UC Berkeley report estimates that California has 1 million uninsured undocumented citizens

Of that 7 million, the report projects that about 122,000 of those individuals are residents of the lnland Empire (I.E.).
In 2012 - 21.3% of low income uninsured individuals in the I.E. reported no source of care.
