Parenting styles

Authoritarian: have high expectations of their children and have very strict rules that they Expect to be followed unconditionally. Very demanding and controlling

Permissive: non-demanding and non-controlling these parents are warm and receptive to their children's needs. If they establish rules they are rarely enforce them.

Authoritative:these parents are both demanding and controlling but are also warm and receptive towards their children. They explain the rules to their kids and listen to their opinions.

I think that authoritative is the best parenting style because it will allow you to have a better bond with your kid.

My parents parenting stile is permissive and yes it does affect my behavior. Since they don't enforce many rules on me I know they can trust me but I take it as an advantage sometimes.
