Describe Inca society, economy, and religion

Inca society was in South America. Young boys reached their manhood at age 14 and received earplugs and a weapon the color of their social rank. Women cleaned, cooked, and raised their children for the family. The belief system of the Incas was polytheistic. Inti, the Sun God, was the most important god, which the Incas believed was the direct ancestor of the Sapa Inca, the title of the hereditary rulers of the empire. The Incas main industry of their empire was farming which was difficult on the cold Andes Mountains and the desertlike plains of Peru. They used terraces to help them farm. The Incas did not have a monetary system. The government made sure that each family had enough land and goods to survive. This was based on trade and how much each family worked.
