Analyze the development of the Incan Empire, their administration, and the importance of their capital

The Inca Empire had a government system which consisted of ruling military elites followed by a strong administration system. The military elites and administrative elites ruled in a bureaucracy that managed the political problems and issues in the empire. The administrators for each state was in charge of the state and regulating trade among the individuals as well as long distance trade. The centers for the administration were by the elaborate road systems create by the Inca people and allowed them to be more in contact with the central government. The capital of the Inca empire was the city of Cuzco which was the intersection point of the four divided regions of the Inca empire. Cuzco also proved to be a vast cultural and religious center which kept the city thriving.
