Marcellin went to his first day of school hoping he would learn something. Once he got there, one of his fellow classmates answered a question incorrect and was hit by the teacher for it. Marcellin didn't want to go to school anymore because he was too scared and figured he can just help on his family's farm. Marcellin only had one day of school.
