品茗用水

泡茶首先要准备:择水、备器、选茶(器为茶之父,水为茶子母)

一.古人对泡茶用水的选择:

源、活、甘、清、轻

源、活:问渠哪得清如许,唯有源头活水来(活水)

甘:甘甜

清:清澈

轻:水质轻

陆羽《茶经》中记载“其水,用山水上,江水中,井水下”

天下第一泉:茶圣口中的第一泉:江西庐山康王骨,骨莲泉

二.现代人饮用水的分类:

1.天然水:雨、雪、刨、露、霜

2.人工处理水:井水

3.现代人的品茗用水:

1).泉水(甘、烈、清、香)

2).江河水,有工业污染的江河水不能直接饮用

3).井水,井水属于地下水是否适合泡茶不能一概而论(浅井水不能泡茶,深井水经过沉淀以后可以泡茶)

4)自来水:经过处理后的自来水可以泡茶

5).矿泉水:选用时要注意ph值在7.2以下(微酸性)
