茶叶有寒性和温和性之分,因人而异选择茶叶饮用

绿茶属寒凉、黄茶偏凉、白茶最凉、乌龙茶属中性茶、红茶属温和性、黑茶不能一概而论(按发酵程度分)

女士和老人、胃寒的人应该选择温和性茶饮用

3.因季节而异选择茶饮用:

春节:饮花茶(驱寒的作用)

夏季:绿茶、黄茶、白茶、生普(轻发酵和布发酵茶)

秋季:中性乌龙

冬季:红茶、熟普

4.因时而异选择茶饮用:

清晨 8:00—10:00淡绿茶(聚神) 上午10:00—12:00花茶(安神)

下午:红茶 晚饭后:熟普(耐泡、去油腻、温和)
