Dystopian Qualities

The town in which the characters live is letting the people choose the fate of others. The killings are then praised as a public service. The main goal is to purify the town but all the bloodshed to do so isn't normal. It focuses on the red card being positive but is proved that in the end letting human emotions which are much stronger be the life and death decision maker.
