Towns/Family- These people lived in small towns with green areas. The families were very strict about Puritan religion, and everyone must have had a diary. Everything stopped on Sunday. They had town meetings. Created the first public school system and the first college, Harvard.

Compare- The New England Colonies were different because they only had one main religion (Puritan), the people were mostly British, and they had an emphasis on education.
