Another great track runner is Usain Bolt. Usain bolt is a great 100 and 200 meter runner from Jamaica. He holds both world record in those events with 9.58 seconds in the 100 and his 200 time is 19.19. One fact about Usain Bolt is he is the fastest man on the planet he can run up to 30 miles per hour. Another fact is one of Usain's nicknames is lighting bolt.

Usain bolt also had the world record before he broke it again in the 100 meter dash. His old time was 9.64.
