Ironwood Benefits acts as an extension of our clients human resources department by assisting with all aspects of day-to-day, monthly and annual administration of the benefits and plans. 

 

Our team works with clients to design a custom program flow chart which includes some or all of the following:

Changes,Terminations)

• Benefits Enrollment (on-site meetings, live webinars, pre-recorded

presentations, on-line enrollment applications, hard copy forms, etc.)

• Payroll integrated with electronic enrollment system

• COBRA Administration

• Dependent Eligibility Audits

• Premium Audits/Billing Reconciliation


As a result, our clients human resources team is able to return to their primary roles, which means
increased productivity and decreased risk.
