1) Try to eat the rainbow (variety of colors, like different fruits and vegetables)

2) Eat breakfast everyday! It will give you energy throughout the day

3) Eat smaller portions 4-6 times a day

4) Try to aim for 8 hours of sleep

5) Drink Enough Water!
