PReparation for the season
Tips to having a good season:
- mAintain your fitness. Make sure you're in shape and good physical condition for the season.
- Hydrate. hydrate. hydrate. Be sure to ALways drink enough fluids to keep you going!
- Remember to warm up before you play a game and to cool down after a game. it will help to reduce muscle soreness and keep the muscles in good shape.
- Stretch. don't forget to always stretch before starting a game.
- HAve fun! enjoy the game you're playing!
