Extra tips to reducing injuries

The creative process, as seen by me

- Be rightfully prepared for any injuries that might happen. To be prepared fully, have a first properly stocked first-aid kit ready. Also, if you're a youth coach you should have training in first-aid.

- Make sure to not overwork your body. Nearly half of the injuries to kids are caused by overworking their bodies. Also, be sure to set limits when too much is too much.
