*shampoo hair and section in the center of the head slightly narrower than then the length of perm rod
*place first paper at mid lengths place one on both sides.
*pick up a rod place the rod at the side close to you roll hair at 90 degrees

*repeat process through all the hair
*apply cotton and solution
*test curl rinse and neutralize
