Scissor over Comb Technique
*make sure the hair is dry
*determine the
*hold the comb in the left hand and cut in primary scissor position
*move the scissors and comb together and move in a fluid movement
*cut from the center out
*rotate the hair for longer and shorter
*check and recheck for balance
