Throughout both the production and post-production stages having feedback from our audience was the key to a successful product as it enabled me to understand what my audience really wanted to see within my products. From stereotypical characters, mies-en-scene and a dramatic narrative throughout all these features within my short film help to conform to typical conventions of similar products and allows me to achieve my ideal audience towards the end. Also within my promotional package as I received many different types of feedback from my audience this helped me create a review and poster that would work well with my short film and appeal towards my target audience.

I believe having all of this audience feedback throughout has given me the opportunity to create three successful products overall, whilst including various conventions of other products in my own work. The feedback has also helped me to get as close as possible towards the genre of my film and style of magazine in both my film poster and review. Throughout the positive and negative aspects of my audience feedback it has helped me to understand how to achieve the most successful and professional products within the media industry. One of the most important features of the main product was to include a social message that is addressed across clearly to the audience and as I received feedback this allowed me to see if the message was understood or not within. Various different perspectives from an audience who wasn’t myself really helped me to realise problems that I may not have seen in my products.
