Most american silver made its way across the Atlantic where European Markets traded it for silk, spices, and porcelain in the Asian Markets. Some silver went on the west coast of Mexico then it was shipped across the Pacific to the Philippines and then It was moved to Asian Markets. This gave the americans a good source of economic power and it lead to more Colonization of North America in search for more silver that they could trade.
