The Aztec, Incan, and Caribbean people were greatly affected by the Spanish people. When the Spanish traveled to the americas, they carried smallpox and other diseases from Europe to the Americas. This had devastating effects as it killed many of the natives who weren't immune to these new diseases. This was also the main reason why conquistadors were so easily able to conquer the Aztec and Incan empires.
