Using the tools you learned in the cases, present your understanding of the problem, the research, discovery, and benchmarking you have done, and the recommendations.

For this project, you do not need to present alternatives. You need to spend the bulk of the body presenting recommendations that refer to a “how to” and “why” in the appendix.
