Conclusion
Before i started my research on the YCJA, i thought that we should have more of a strict youth justice system. The way i thought was because I knew little about how it worked. I thought that they were too easy on the young people but now since i have more knowledge of how the youth criminal justice act works, i think that nothing should be changed.
The way they run things work fine because they have levels on how bad the crime is. Since they have levels, it makes it easier to give the young people their consequence, depending on what the crime is. So my conclusion is that no, i believe they should keep their justice system because i think it is fair and gives the young person a chance to redeem themselves.
