Mantle

The upper mantle is made up of magnesium, iron, silicon, and oxygen. The state or phase it is in is plastic but most of the mantle is liquid. The upper mantle's temperature is around 4,000 Celsius and it's depth is about 65km!

The upper mantle is also referred to as the lithosphere. The lithosphere is a little like crust but cooler and more ridged. The lithosphere is the part of the mantle next to the core.
