The Turks expanded all over Eurasia in places including Persia, India, and Anatolia. They approached every parts at different times with somewhat different purposes. The Seljuks also defeated the Byzantines at Manzikert which greatly affected expansion of the Turks. This made it easier for the Turks to expand into the area controlled by the Byzantines.
