He would only go for girls that were up to his body type standards. Sometimes he would walk up and handcuff girls and lead them to his Toyota camper. He sexually tortured these girls in a $100,000 homemade torture chamber, also known as the Toy Box. It was equipped with whips, chains, pulleys, straps, clamps, leg spread bars, surgical blades, and saws. He called all of these disturbing things his "friends." He lived in the town of Truth or consequences, New Mexico. Before he tortured his victims he would play a tape for them describing what he was gonna do to them. In the tape he confesses that he is sexual with animals, and doesn't like to kill girls but he will.
