#3. Managing Stress
In the world of special education, we will all come across stressful situations. In one of the behavior classrooms I have been in, there were about two or three students yelling and screaming across the room at each other while the teacher was trying to teach an English lesson. She handled the situation very well. She remained extremely calm, talked the students into sitting down and being quiet, and was able to move on with her lesson.
