The set is realistic. However, it is not that detailed and complex.
The scene depicts people waiting in line to use the bathroom, public amenity #9. There's a man there charging people money and a long line.

The dirty and old appearance of the bricks, sign, and clothing add to the aesthetic. There are steampunk elements too. The table and cash box also add to the show's aesthetic.
