Clinical Vignette

CT thorax/abdomen/pelvis 21 Aug 2014: 

Fatty  liver.  No  focal  hepatic  lesion.
Ill  defined  hypodensities  in  both  kidneys  may  represent  infection  or  infarction.  Clinical  correlation  is  suggested. 
The  rim  enhancing  cystic  lesion  in  the  prostate  gland  is  likely  an  abscess. 
Irregular  wall  thickening  of  the  base  of  the  urinary  bladder  may  be  due  to  inflammatory  changes  or  chronic  obstruction.
