Contrasted MRI Brain 19 Aug 2014

1.  Lesion  with  restricted  diffusion  in  the  right  temporal  lobe  is  suggestive  of  an  abscess.  Contrast 
MRI  may  be  helpful  for  further  evaluation. 
2.  Chronic  small  vessel  disease  and  age-appropriate  involutional  changes  are  seen. 
3.  Diffuse  atherosclerotic  disease  in  the  cerebral  circulation,  with  marked  stenosis  of  the  supraclinoid  ICA  (R  >  L).
