Communist Laos

Laos Government

Laos adopted its constitution in 1991, amending it most recently in 2003. It is currently a communist country with a civil law system similar in form to the French system.

Laos was at one point in a war with Vietnam and had conflicts that they would become communist and currently Laos is.
