Raymond L. Telles

He wanted to challenge the political circles that took over El Paso by whites in the 1940s. He has been the El Paso county clerk four times and mayor twice (1957-1961). He was determined and mighty because he wanted to make a change in El Paso. He united the people of El Paso.
