The Impact of Alexander ii

I find the impact of Alexander ii on the world to be positive.

Alexander accomplished many great thing during his reign as Czar.
He sold the U.S. one of the great frontiers, witch has produced many natural resources. He freed all of the serfs of Russia. In essence creating a new social class. He improved the Russian military because he didn't want Russia to be hurt like it was in the Crimean war. Alexander ii created the zemstvo for the rural districts in 1864 and the large towns in 1870. They helped keep order in throughout Russia. Alexander ii made great impact in the world.
