Critique
I think the Graphic Novels that I read we're interesting and they had a good storyline to them. Also I think that they had a good moral to each if the stories but honestly 99% of the books you read have morals to them because that is the point the author is trying to get across to everyone who is going to read the book. I like that the books had a lot of detail and many different descriptions. But the main thing I didn't like was that they both kind of leave you hanging at the end. I like the project because i feel like a sophomores we really don't read a lot and if we do it's like the same books we have read our whole lives but in this situation I feel it had broadened our horizons for us to explore new books to read and new genres to read. What I don't like about the project is that we have to do it on the iPads because it is very difficult to type this whole thing out and to move things in the right spot when you can't just use your hands with a pen and paper like we were always supposed to do growing up. I feel as it almost traps people creativity because the only way we can be creative is to put in templates and pictures and "fill in" colors to make it look original and like our own and not like everyone else's. I feel it would be a lot easier to do this the old fashion way and do it with colors and poster board and actually printing papers off to turn in to the teacher so he or she peoples creativity. One thing I do like about using the iPad for this project is that I can use auto correct because I have probably used it 50 times on this slide alone.
