Portfolio

Professional employees will examine their own practice in relation to the Danielson Framework for Teaching and reflect on their portfolio in a written report and/or documented discussions with colleagues.  Portfolios may be developed according to criteria established collaboratively by the administrator and the teacher based upon their interests or needs.

EXAMPLE:  A teacher or small group of teachers attend a professional development conference on classroom strategies.  These strategies will be implemented in their classrooms throughout the year.  A portfolio of evidence from the impact of these strategies regarding students achievement is presented at the end of the year.

Artifacts can be submitted either on paper or electronically through emailing or creating a google doc and sharing it with me.
