PLC Action Research

A process in which teachers, groups up to 5, use data to see how students are doing, what teachers are doing to meet the need of the students based on the Danielson Framework for Teaching Domain II or III.  Using multiple sources of data, a group of teachers identify a shared concern or problem.  These teacher then meet on a regular basis to create a focus, develop and implement a plan of action, gather additional data to determine effectiveness of implementation and if needed create a new plan of action.
