The Earthquake

One October day when Malala was in primary school, the desks and everything around them began to shake. Everyone ran outside and away from the school. There was an earthquake that went on for a very long time, and once it ended, had multiple aftershocks. Malala's family prayed and wanted to leave but Malala's father refused and said if they believed in God, they would stay. And so they did.
