Final Thoughts

The reason why I believe that the values or concerns of a society is reflected in their art work is because they needed a way to express those opinions. Art served as a median to do so.

In my opinion, all the artists conceptualized the theme of mythology throughout the course of history because it has always been a subject of interest. This has to do with the fact that mythology goes hand in hand with religion. For the most part, each society had their own belief system therefore honoring their religion through art was important.

Why I think the theme of mythology is visualized in every age is because it is relevant in every single time period. If mythology was not relevant to the people of the time, they wouldn't spend time depicting it.
