Climate

The climate is the usual weather of a place. In San Francisco the climate during the winter would be very cold. There would also be rain and snow. But, the climate during the summer in the southern part of California would be very hot and sunny. There would rarely be a cloudy day. The climate varies in different places. There are three thing that affect climate though. The first thing is how far you are from the equator. If you are closer to the equator the climate will be warmer than places that are farther from the equator. The second thing is how far you are from the ocean and the the last thing is elevation. If you are higher it most likely to be colder than places farther down.
