Photosynthesis and Respiration

Difference
-Photosynthesis makes the plants energy, glucose, but Respiration takes stored energy and makes it into ATP. Photosynthesis occurs in the chloroplast while respiration occurs in the mitochondria.

-C6H12O6 + 6O2 --> 6CO2 + 6H2O + energy
