All Alone:
He tries to call up several people it yet he can't think of one person to call. Finally he gets a room at crumby hotel. The finally he calls up this old girl he use to talk to, to hang out and she finally rejects him because it is to late.

The Dancing Fools:
In chapter ten he wakes up and goes down to the lounge to get a drink. He looks around and sees these three girls that are obviously from out of town. He goes over to dance with them and finally gets a dance. Hangs out with them for a long time.
