Ancient Rome's art consisted of mosaics, sculptures, and etc. Mosaics are very expensive but beautiful pieces of art that are made out of the little tiles. These tiles are carefully selected stone or shell. The little tiles all form one big picture. They might make a counter top or a wall or even the whole floor of a room. Ancient roman sculpture are big models of people and animals. These sculpture are usually made out of stone or bronze. They are usually made out of bronze if they are very important. Some famous Roman sculpture are the thinker, the discus thrower, and lady justice.
