-2 Tbs olive oil
-4 tomatoes chopped
-3 Tbs chopped basil
-2 cloves garlic chopped
-1/2 package cream cheese softened
-4 ounce herb&garlic feta crumbled
-1 loaf bread thinly sliced
-8 ounce shredded mozzarella

Bruschetta

1.Heat olive oil in medium saucepan over medium heat. Mix in tomatoes basis and garlic. Stir for 5 minutes.
2. In a bowl blend cream cheese with herb and garlic feta.
3. In oven 350 degrees put bread slices until toasted.
4. Spread cream cheese blend, top with tomato mixture and add mozzarella.
