-4 ripe tomatoes cut in wedges
-14 oz mozzarella diced
-1 red onion sliced
-1/3 cup olive oil
-1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
-1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
-salt and pepper to taste

1. In a large bowl combine tomatoes, mozzarella, onion, oil, vinegar, basil, salt and pepper. Toss and chill for 1 hour.
