-3 cups flour
-1 tsp baking powder
-3 Tbs white sugar
-1 cup dry red wine
-1/2 cup vegetable oil
-1/3 cup granulated sugar

Wine Cookies

1.Preheat oven to 350
2.In a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, and sugar. Add wine and oil. Mix with a fork then your hands.
3.Roll small pieces of dough into logs then into circles. Roll cookies in extra sugar and place on cookie sheet.
4.Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
