Al got a job selling goods on the train and he was 12. The train was going to Detroit. He asked the conductor if he could set up his own lab. An accident happened. Al's chemicals fell on the floor and caused a fire. Then there was no more lab.
Then Al got a printer press from Detroit. Al started to write about local news and about the railroad workers. Al also wanted to included schedules and jokes. Al sold the newspaper to hundreds of passengers. Al started wanted to change his name when he was 15 . Al didn't want his baby name any more. He wanted to change it to tom.
