Key Battle: Lexington and Concord
The Battle of Lexington and Concord was on April 9,1775 in Lexington, Massachusetts. It was also in Concord, Massachusetts. This was the first battle of the Revolutionary war. The troops went from Boston to nearby Concord in order to seize an arms cache. There were 73 killed, 174 wounded, and 26 missing.
