Key Battle: Fort Ticonderoga

The Battle of Fort Ticonderoga was on May 10,1775. The battle was held at Lake Champlain in Northeastern New York. This was a surprise attack for the British. This was a small battle but was the first victory for the Patriots. 200 men were killed and wounded in the battle.
