eyebrows, or eyelashes. A common treatment for this disorder is a "No-Pull Wig." This goes over their head to cover their actual scalp, and is pull resistant to rehabilitate them and discourage pulling.

Trichotillomania is a disorder where the sufferer pulls strands of hair out to satisfy the urge to pull. This disorder is very similar to dermatillomania, but is more often seen cooccurring with OCD. The biggest sign that one may have trichotillomania is bald patches in the hair,

-An uneven appearance to the hair

-Bare patches or all around (diffuse) loss of hair

-Bowel blockage (obstruction) if people eat the hair they pull out

-Constant tugging, pulling, or twisting of hair

-Increasing sense of tension before the hair pulling

-Other self-injury behaviors

-Sense of relief, pleasure, or gratification after the hair pulling
