Equality Comes Back

This case has shown how equality has grown since this time. The 13th and 14th Amendments as well as the Jim Crow laws, bring peace between the two races. Even though Plessy didn't get his freedom in court, he provided freedom for everyone else that was like him-African American. They may not have been in his favor, but it revealed some groundbreaking determination that the African Americans showed during this time.
